Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Fraud/Breech of Contract

I let an individual use a title to a veh that I had payed off to obtain personal loans for himself, the veh of which the title was used was then totalled, and due to the fact that he had used the title for personal loans, 90% of the $$ I received from the Ins Company went to pay off his debt. He did sign a contract with me and I have been to an attorney that had me gather all the information related to this, which I do have and I was told that I could recoup all my money which is over $15k, but I don't have the money to reatin an attorney to do this, so I thought I might try to do it on my own, unless there is someone out there that is willing to help me on a continguence basis. But again, I do all have documents and proof and do know where this individual is. I am a single parent and I need this money back like you would not believe. Someone plase help me. Thank you.

If there is a possibility of collecting on a judgment (debtor has assets) you should be able to locate an attorney if you agree to pay court costs. Good luck.
