Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

A friend of mine is getting sued in small claims court. If the Plaintiff is awarded a judgement, can he exercise a Writ against her vehicle? I know he has to file for it in 10 days and what I have read he has to send her a demand letter and then if I am understanding it correctly he has to identify her property and then go back in front of the judge and ask permission to take the property. I have read this on line. But can he take her vehicle? This is all she has that is in her name.
