friend must move

I let a friend move in with us,for a short while,for FREE.It's been three months and she has overstayed her welcome,how do I make her move out? My living room is filled with 62 boxes of her junk, and it is already over crowded.

Have you tried asking her to leave? Set a deadline. If she refuses, get home one day, get the locks changed (assuming she has a key) and put her stuff on the front steps.
