Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Gifts
I was with a girl over a short period of about 3 months. For the holiday I took her shopping and it totaled over $500 making them gifts. However I was being cheated upon at this time and had I known there was someone else would have not purchased these gifts. Am I able to sue?

No, a gift is a gift. If you want to try to sue for fraud you can try, but I doubt it would be successful.

Nope -- chalk it up to experience and a lesson well learned.
