Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I don't know the reasons for your initial driver's license suspension and why it's going to be reinstated in September. However, if your case is closed re: the driving with suspended license matter, ie you've paid your fines and there's proof you satisfied same and there are no on-going criminal charges, i think you should be okay UNLESS the terms for getting your driver's license reinstated indicate that it would be reinstated if you get a ticket for driving with a suspended license.
