Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

harassment, defamation of character, mental distress?

My ex fiance just moved across the country, and is now dating a girl who has been constantly harassing me online. Now she has posted pictures of me on her myspace page, with slanderous accusations and lies posted all around the pictures. I have webcaptured the page, so have proof, and was just wondering what I might be able to do about it. At this point, I want to take legal action.

You could fiel a lawsuit against her , but is it worth your time and money?

You would have a lawsuit and may be able to obtain a judgment against her. It would just be a matter of determining whether you would be able to collect on the judgment. Feel free to give me a call should you have any further questions.
