Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I believe I am being harrased by the state of Florida. Can I sue? What are my options? They want me to testify against my husband in a criminal case. I refuse to do so and they have went to my grandparents home and hounded me via telephone. Now they have opened a case against me for " Order To Show Cause".. Can I sue for harrasment? Please help!!!
