harrasment and possible identity theft?
if someone posts personal information on multiple websites including pictures of us and our cars our phone numbers, email, license plate numbers, home,work, parents and previous addresses, google map of our house and even friends names and phone numbers and suggesting people to come kick our ass and calling at 2am leaving vulgar and threating phone calls. can they be sued for harrassment and possible identity theft being that they are looking so much information on us they may try to pose as us.

This is a growning problem with the internet. If you know who the person is, you can bring an action for injunctive relief, and you may have a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
