Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Hi I am a hiv/aids patient I live in nyc where I receive my housing and medical assistance through the hasa program. I took a vacation to travel from nyc to miami florida. My bags were shipped from nyc to Orlando instead of miami. Which forfeited my health because I wasn't able to get my medicine for the past two days. Which is not good, I have to take my meds every day or I can possibly cause my body to become resistance to the medicine. Thus placed alot of stress on me. Amtrak only gave me a 45.00 voucher, they found my bag. But I believe because my health has been jeopardize I should receive more. I would like to file a lawsuit

The fact that you had the potential for a cataclysm but you did not is not a valuable claim. The permanent nature of injury is how cases are valued and without that occurring you are lucky. Sorry for what you had to go through.
