Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I'm behind on HOA fees and am facing foreclosure. I have tried to contact the HOA's attorney and get current, however after 3 months I have not received a call back or e-mail. This is after I have called over 100 times in that time period. Each month they deny me access to my home through the gate entry system and then I enter the properties managers office on foot, explain to them that they can't deny me access to my home and reluctantly let me in. Yesterday one such event occurred and my daughter who was released early from school for the day was left alone for more than 45 minutes.
My question is, can they keep doing this and if not what action can I take legally.

You need to find out how much you owe and pay it. The problem is occasioned by you not paying the hoa fees.
