Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My home was raided by the Largo FL special ops team looking for a grow house. The house was trashed and all that was found was 5g MJ, para and my legal scrip. Park management is said to have been working with the police. The warrant is weak, everything cited as evidence in the affidavit to get the warrant turned out to be false. Do I have recourse against the PD or the park?
