Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I really hope i get a answer.I purchased a truck for 2750 cash may 25th..Had it 5 days it started running hot so we had to pay 100 to have it towed back to cocoa to have it fixed..Everytime we call to find out anything they give another story..Im tired of being lyed to he has had my truck 2 months today.An i feel the other 500 he wants from me whenever he is done with the truck i should not owe...Please e-mail me back i have reported it to the BBB where they are rated an F an have many complaint from other customers...Ty for your time an i hope to hear from someone soon....7-30-2011
