Trees on property ''A'' extend to the property line shared with property ''B''.

1. If hurricane winds blow a tree originally standing on property ''A'' down across the property line with portions of the tree now resting on property ''B'', which property owner is responsible for removing the portion of the tree from property ''B'' ?

2. If hurricane winds blow a tree originally standing on property ''A'' down across the property line with portions of the tree now resting on and causing damage to a building on property ''B'', which property owner is financially responsible for the repairs to the building on property ''B'' ?
