Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
WIth Hurricane Matthew approaching my boss has stated that he plans to deduct from our pay for any time missed from work. Can he legally do that? Take my money even if I didnt work? Please help

If you are paid hourly and time is missed due to the hurricane, you don't have to be paid for those missed hours.
