Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If a husband and wife are both listed as plaintiffs on a small claims suit, would both be required to show at pre-trial hearing and court? If only on (husband or wife) could show, what is required - POA, or similar?

Read the court order. If it requires you both to appear, then you must both appear. If you fail to do so, the court may dismiss your claim. A POA may not represent you; only an attorney may do so.
