Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Iask a question about the children breaking my cement pole and all you said to get a injuction but the children are only 4,6,8 parents are very uncontrolable with them. so how can i make them fix the pole. Do i need to get a lawyer or some one to write a letter. They have tried to start bfights with my husband a couple times and he is disable and they live in tere grandparents house. Help please
