Idenity theft
can Florida Power & Light make you pay a bill that is not yours but someone used your name and SS# to open an accout? They are going to shut my electric off if I don't pay this. And it's not mine.

You will either have to pay the bill or get an attorney to represent you in this, unless the state Attorney General's office can help you.
