Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

is it illegal for two siblings to sale a home, file a false probate in court stating that there are no other siblings or relatives; when that is not true? because i am the other sibling and was never notified of what had done until the house was sold. i can i get the home back? I have the documentation where the siblings signed there names stating that there were no other relatives of siblings for the property. and where can i obtain an attorney to handle this case

A fraud on the court was committed. They will be personally responsible. If the buyer was innocent, I doubt the sale will be rescinded.
