Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have no income, the only property I own is an old truck worth a few hundred dollars. I am reveiving food stamps. Im scheduled in court to begin collection for jugement against me. Since I have nothing what could happen and can judge take my only automobile?

Why not see a consumer lawyer for help. Many do not charge for certain cases. But based on what you said, it does not look like they can collect from you. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com for a discussion of garnishment and the like and for a lawyer in your area.
