Info on how to write instructions for levey to the sherriff
I have obtained a judgement in Bradford county and took the order from the court to the sheriff to file the levy on the defends land,he told me he did not know what to chrge me nor how to levy as no one had ever done this in his county without an atty. He said I needed to write out instructions to levey for him,and he needed to know if he was to give the defend a certain # of days to move out. The property is not his residence,not homesteaded and has no liens. It is his place of business. Can anyone please help me.

!. File a judgment lien with Div. of Corp. in Tallahassee.

2. Go to Palm Beach County Sheriff internet site. They have info on procedure to follow when collecting a judgment.

3. Enforcing a lien on real estate will require a Sheriffs Sale.
