Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

injury

my 11 month old son fell and hit his head on the leg of his pack n play and needed to get stitches above his left eye his face is now scarred for life. Is there anything I can do? I also feel that he should have been given more stitches then he received, this also makes me nervous, especially cause his eyebrow area was perfect and his face is very adorable.

I see no negligence in anything that you have posted. Small boys will from time to time fall. Some times they need stitches. It is one of those things that happen.
