Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
If you are involved in an accident and did have the required insurance for fla ,but did not carry bodily injury -which in the state of fla is not required unless you have an accident - and you are being sued by the insurance company for bodily injury can your license be taken away or suspended.
