Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My joint account with myself and my wife has been garnished when the garnishment had nothing to do with my wife. I have four children from 2 previous relationships where child-support is due and one my children was diagnosed with CP .I sent the medical records to court and asked for an emergency hearing where they gave me a month away when garnishment should have been lift for at very least child-support and medical no.I believe i meet all requirements to lift garnishment.What could I do to speed up process?
