If a judge signs a judgement and may have missed something the lawyer put in the judgement that he did not order, how do you go about taking this judgement back to court and have issue addressed.

If it is a substantive issue, file a motion for new trial or for reconsideration. If it is a typo or clerical in nature, file a motion to amend or correct the judgment.
