Judgements when and why are they overturned?

How is a judgement overturned and when? How do one go about getting a judgement overturned?

You only have 30 days from the date of a judgment to appeal the judgment, or if there has been fraud committed on the court in obtaining the judgment, you may be able to have it overturned by the court within a year of the date of the judgment.
