Judgment

I had a judgment on me. It then got settled by my ex. He to has one on him that is not settled. He is now saying that my judgment was not paid in full is is requesting that i start paying the remander off. HE settled this judgment on me to avoid paying his. Can he take me back and make me pay this judgment even though it was sellted through sun biz.

Most of your question doesn't make sense, but the quick answer is that it probably depends on whether your name is on the debt and what your divorce judgment or agreement says.

I have no idea why you mention sunbiz, which is a website owned by the Secretary or State, and which has nothing to do with settling lawsuits.
