Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

In July of 2012 I bought a Sailboat from a man named Ron Eubanks for $2,500. At the time I purchased the boat from him he was in the process of having the boat documentation transferred to his name from the prior owner, Steven Stewart. When I wrote him the check for the boat I had Insurance put on it as it was required in order to have the boat in the Marina and I started paying Slip Fees. I followed up with Ron on a regular basis as to the status of the docs as well as inquiring with the coast guard via email. When Ron got the documents from the coast guard he was to transfer the boat into my name. That was our agreement. I sent him the required paperwork and a stamped self addressed envelope to return the docs to me. Instead he gave the documents to my ex wife who incidentally had moved on board his boat in August after we separated. She and I got our final Divorce judgment Nov 11, 2012. She now refuses to turn the documentation over to me. At this time there is also an insurance claim settlement being held up due to the discrepancy in boat ownership. The boat was recently burglarized at the Marina. I have paid $2,660 in slip fees, hauled and painted the boat, paid the insurance on a timely basis, spent $750 on sail repair as well as making other repairs.

Do I have a case against her, Ron, the marina, the insurance company?
