Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

What kind of lawyer should I hire?

Your answer to a recent question about a neighbor interfering with my home office tells me I can sue him for defamation and interference with a business. Thanks for the info. I do want to pursue it, but am not sure where to turn. Obviously, I need to hire an attorney. What kind of attorney do I need for such a suit? One that specializes in business law, general law, or what? Any advise what kind of attorney will suit my needs? Thanks!

You should hire a local attorney familiar with tort and business tort laws. Most trial attorneys will be able to handle this; just make sure you get one that goes to trial regularly.
