Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Not sure what kind of Laywer I need

I worked for two people and gave a loan of $25000.00 to help them on there bussiness. I was running the bussiness for them from July 01, 2006- August 08,2006. Till the business closed. They sold the business and refuse to return my money. I need help I've lost my truck and am going to lose my home because of this.

If you have proof of the loan you should find counsel in the county where you live.
