landlord told me i need to leave

i been paying my rent, i been fixing the house because when i moved in the house was not leabible it was disquasting,know he said i have to pay weekly i been doing it

i send him 1700 dollars to pay the month of february and march and he said it was fine

i had owe him 2 weeks in january and supposly a late charge when i talkto him he siad that not to worry to send him the 1700 dollars and when ever i could i could payee him what i owe know i got a letter saying that i owe 162 dollars for february and that he could it take my payment of the month of february and march

please tell me what to do i do not want to be in the street

This depends on what your rental agreement is. Sounds like yo have nothing in writing or you may have a week to week lease. Both are dangerous. Get your lease agreement in writing.
