Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
we are in a lawsuit with an activites comittee at our hoa and they have given us a letter telling us it's ok to use the lodge for our board meetings and everyone to attend even if your not a member. there are a lot of questions asking if this is legal and can you get in trouble for going if your not a member even though they have given us written permission. Is this ok to do?

If the owner of a property gives written permission for another person to enter the property, then it is legal. Your question might really be: Who really owns the property? Or, does the true owner have to follow any regulation that restricts who may enter the property?
