Any Legal Remedies?

I posted a description of my services on a university listserve about 10 years ago. Today other people can search my name and see the old posting. I have a different career now and wish not to be associated with the services I provided in the past. I have told the university I want the posting removed but they have not done anything. Do I have any legal remedies?

Probably not. Most sites say when you post something you have no right to have it removed since the IT people don't want to constantly involve themselves with undoing what has been done.
