Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Do I Have Any Legal Rights Here?
An organization lists recommended service providers on their website. I emailed them with a brief summary of my business and asked to be included in their list. They say yes but they would have to verify my information. They asked how many years I was in business.

A week later I went to their website and saw that they put my email up and wrote:'' The below spam was sent by (my name). We tried to verify their address by (online directory) and no such address exists. We do not recommend this company.'' I was floored.

I went to the online search and found that the address they have for my company is totally wrong. They could have emailed me for an explaination but did not. This organization should not have done this to me. Do I have any legal rights to get the post removed and more?
