What legal steps can I take to ensure an unwanted individual does not attend my wedding? What legal action can I take if the unwanted individual shows up at my wedding in attempt to make his presence known so the day is ruined for the bride?

You can seek a motion to restrain and or enjoin the person in court. You can hire an off duty cop also for the wedding.

The legal action for a restraining order is going to be quite complicated and expensive. It seems to me that it is a private event and security to keep the person out is the easier method.
