Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

We live in a condo in South Florida. Over my assigned parking spaces is a black olive tree whose droppings are seriously damaging (staining orange and black) the paint on my vehicle(s). The droppings also create a slip and fall risk. The community association refuses to trim, remove or even clean up after the tree. What can I do? I have already contacted City Code Enforcement who states that there is no violation to city code found. Can we do anything??? It is a known damage causer!

I agree with Mr. Slater. Your rights and remedial actions are contained in the condo association documents -- read them. A strong attorney letter may rectify the problem.
