Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

i live in a condo,my next store owner has lawn furniture on common ground,i asked her to remove it

no response.what is my next step

This is what I call a "bad neighbor" situation. Legal action should not be taken before all other avenues are pursued. You can report your neighbor to the Condo Assn. if she is violating the bylaws, and the condo assn. may force her to remove the furniture from the common area.

This is NOT a lawsuit.
