Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I live in Florida and have a Magistrate judgement from Georgia (500 miles away) for $6000. What can the plaintif do to force collection??

The can go through process called "domestication of judgment" to have the judgment entered against you in Florida. Then they can proceed against you by means of whatever remedies they have legally. Possibly including garnishment of wages and/or bank accounts, levy against personal property and liens against real property.
You may be eligible for some exemptions which would prevent them from being able to collect, so you may want to consult with an attorney to find out if you qualify for any of them.
