Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I live in Florida and a tree originating on my property overhangs our neighbor's property. I informed him that those limbs are his to trim if he wishes as is the rule in my county/state (I researched the case law and code enforcement). He did trim those limbs however he tossed the resulting debris on my property. Do I have any recourse?

I don't know what law you found that states that your tree is your neighbor's to trim, but I would be happy to be enlightened. Did you find some code that states your tree's debris is your neighbor's to remove?
