Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I live in florida,my wife and only my wife has a credit card judgement against her,We have 1 rental property that is jointly owned and I would like to know ,since I am not a party to this judgement,if this joint property can be attached in the judgement.We have had this property for several years, Thank You
