Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

i have been living in a house for 3 months and the lanlord has not fixed what i think is important things (busted out window.. bathroom has no floor around bath tub, etc). can i break my lease legally?

A landlord is obligated to fix within 7-days of written notice those things enumerated in 83.51(1), Florida Statutes. You can review the statutes online. However, I believe the items you mentioned are included among the landlord's obligations. You will need to provide the landlord with a letter requesting the repairs and state in the letter your intent to terminate the lease if the repairs are not completed within 7 days and the letter should be sent using certified mail.
