Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I loaned my ex boyfriend $11,000 to purchase a truck. I did not have a formal agreement but I have text messages where he acknowledged that it was a loan and agreed to pay me back. Now he refuses to give me any money. What can I do?

If within the last four years you can sue in court court. You will need an attorney as the claim is complicated. No fee entitlement since no written contract. You will likely need to hire someone hourly.
