Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I loaned a friend money to pay for his court fines and probation fees so he wouldn't be sent to jail. He promised to pay me back, but since then, he has not spoken to me. I paid about $900 and put it on my debit card, so if anything goes awry, I have a record of me paying for it. Is there anything that I can do to get my money from him? Please help!!

File a small claims case against him for the money.
