Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I need help

I had made a previous question in reference to direct tv. The went into my account and took out 605.00 I dont have an account with them. My mom use to and i made previous payments to the account. So I proccessed everything with them.. they have had me wait for 2 weeks telling me that im getting my money back... And now they tell me it was regected. I need to know if I have a case. if I go to a lawyer.. can I get my money back plus addition charges and wasted time.

If you do not have an account with them and have not authorized them to take money out of your account, then they can't take money from your account. Generally, you would not be able to sue for attorneys' fees, but there is no reason you could not handle this yourself in small claims court. Have you checked with your bank? The bank would have needed some authorization to have someone get funds from the account. You may have previously authorized such a withdrawal.
