making some one move out of house

How do I get an unwanted person to move out when he is not on the lease and does not contribute to bills or anything else. He is causing trouble in the household. 2 of the 3 are gay and were a couple one left for 2 weeks then when he was kicked out from other place went back to previous place and said they could not make him leave. He is also a sex criminal.

One way is to have the one who holds the lease to demand he leave and if not then call the cops because he is a trepasser. The expensive way is to get an injunction/restraining order. You will need an attorney for this.
