Media rights

If a news reporter barges into my restaurant and starts to tape footage of it without my consent and I asked them not to air it on television but they did anyways, Were my rights violated?

I would need more facts. It depends on the circumstances. What is "barge in.". It is a public place. What was said and what happened would be important to know.
