Mediation
I am a business owner who performed a service. The customer was not happy with the work. He wants ALL of his money back. I put in Time and paid people. I don't think that I should pay all of it back.I need a mediator to dispute this case

Unless they agree to mediation you cannot force it. Let him file a small claims case if you can't work it out and then explain it to the judge.
