Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am a member of a dog rescue group. I have 2 male foster terriers. One is attacking the other. I have kept the group leader and the Board informed as it is a 501C3 - incorporated group. I was bitten once a week ago due to these attacks and now I was bitten again and have some nasty wounds on my leg. The group leader is non-responsive except to suggest a metal mouth piece that I have no knowledge of how to work or if it is even safe or effective. Is she or the group responsible for helping me. This dog only attacks the one other foster dog and none of my other dogs and would more than likely be safe as long as he were not with this particular dog.

This is not a legal problem. You have allowed this dog into your home, and if he is harmful to you or your other animals, you need to get this dog off the premises. Period.
