Meter Reading Dispute

In the past 2 years, I have noticed that my electric bill has been going up. The last 2 months, I have checked the meter against what they have said, and found out that even 3 weeks later the reading still wasn't up to what they claimed. I am legally blind but have had people verify the numbers and video-tape the meter. What can I do?

If utility company refuses to remedy or explain this to your satisfaction, threaten to take them before the Public Service Commision, then do it.
