Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My mom has been sentenced to 5 days in Nassau County Jail. This was done and ordered on July 27,2012, which means she should be released today, correct? They can NOT charge her twice for the same thing, Double Jeopardy.

Did she spend time in jail prior to sentencing? If so, she could be released earlier.
