I am sorry I did not make myself clear... He is not giving me back my money.

He is saying that I have to buy the dress I put on hold...But I put the Pageant dress,2 suits

2 other dresses that came up to 4,500$. I put down 1200, I could no longer pay the rest.

I told him to just give me 1200$ worth of stuff...He tells me no I have to buy the one dress

and nothing else...That can't be right??? I believe he is trying to get over on me. He thinks

I no longer have the receipt and said '' the receipt says all sales final'' He does not

know that I still have it...It does not say that. It says I can make returns or exchanges

but I don't have any items...But he has my money. I must have a case against these people.

Unless you have the right to return for a full refund, you have contracted to but all the items. Return and exchange does not mean return and full refund.
